Zindadil Gandhi, M.D. is board-certified in both Child and Adolescent, and General Psychiatry.
Post-training –
Dr. Gandhi joined Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School as an Assistant Professor in July 2013. Within a year of his services there, he received ‘Master Clinician’ Award in June 2014 in recognition of his clinical excellence and dedication to the patients he served. During his services at Rutgers University, both as an Academician and a Clinician, Dr. Gandhi participated in leadership committees. In May 2017, Dr. Gandhi joined Children’s outreach program at Merakey in Philadelphia, PA and has been since working there as a Psychiatrist, serving children age 3-18 years.
Training –
Dr. Gandhi completed his General Psychiatry residency training at Albany Medical College, Albany NY and his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry training from Drexel University College of Medicine (DUCOM), Philadelphia. During these training, Dr. Gandhi served on various committees. He was elected as one of the Chief Residents at DUCOM.
Medical School –
Dr. Gandhi completed his medical school at M.S. University of Vadodara, India. He also completed his residency in General Psychiatry at the same university and prepared a dissertation on “Treatment-related decision-making capacity in psychotic in-patient,” which is published at the M.S. University Library. During his residency training at M.S. University, he published articles and presented papers in various national conferences.
